By accessing or using LazySusan (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
LazySusan provides a unified platform for accessing multiple artificial intelligence models and services, including but not limited to text generation, image generation, video generation, and audio processing. The Service allows multiple users to share a subscription and token pool.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain jurisdictions) to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
LazySusan plans allow sharing with a specified number of users. Each user must have their own account and login credentials. The account owner is responsible for all users' compliance with these Terms.
We offer various subscription plans with different token allocations and user limits. Plan details, pricing, and features are available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plans and pricing with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically. If payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is received.
Usage is measured in tokens. Each plan includes a monthly token allocation. Unused tokens roll over as long as your subscription remains active. Upon cancellation, rolled-over tokens remain accessible until the end of the billing period. Gifted access codes must be redeemed within ninety (90) days of issuance. Unredeemed codes may be invalidated after this period due to changes in underlying API costs and service availability. If you have an expired gift code, please contact us at support@lazysusan.ai and we will do our best to assist you.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes subscription payments, token pack purchases, and any other charges. By subscribing to LazySusan, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan until the end of your current billing period, but no partial refunds will be provided for unused time.
You may use the Service for lawful personal, educational, and commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the usage policies of underlying AI providers.

AI-generated content must comply with applicable laws and the usage policies of underlying AI providers. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and generated content comply with these guidelines.
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by LazySusan and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, subject to the terms of underlying AI providers. You grant us a license to process and store your content to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to use any input you provide.
Rights to AI-generated content are subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. Generally, you may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes, but specific restrictions may apply. Check individual AI provider terms for details.
The Service integrates with third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). Your use of AI models through our Service is also subject to those providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services' availability, accuracy, or content.
The Prompt Marketplace allows paid subscribers to list and sell AI prompts to other users. Prompts can be for text, image, or video AI models. LazySusan facilitates these transactions but does not guarantee the quality or effectiveness of any prompt.
Only paid subscribers (Pro, Enterprise, or VIP plans) may list prompts for sale. Sellers must ensure their prompts are original, do not infringe on third-party intellectual property, and comply with our Acceptable Use policies. Sellers are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of their listings.
Sellers receive 70% of each sale, while LazySusan retains 30% as a platform fee. Payments are processed through our payment partners. Sellers are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings. Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
Upon purchase, buyers receive a license to use the prompt for personal and commercial purposes. This license is non-exclusive and non-transferable. Buyers may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased prompts. All sales are final; no refunds are provided for prompt purchases.

LazySusan reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any listing at our sole discretion. We may suspend seller privileges for violations of these Terms. Repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the marketplace.
The Creator and CreatorMax programs ("Creator Programs") allow approved participants ("Creators") to earn referral commissions by promoting LazySusan through personalized referral links. Participation is by application only and subject to approval at LazySusan's sole discretion.
All Creator Program applications are reviewed manually. LazySusan reserves the right to approve or reject any application for any reason. Approval is not guaranteed, and we are under no obligation to provide reasons for rejection.
Creators earn a one-time, flat commission for each qualifying paid subscription conversion attributed to their referral link. For the purposes of these Terms, a "paid subscription" means a user who subscribes to any paid LazySusan plan and whose initial payment is successfully processed and not subsequently reversed. Commissions are paid once per qualifying conversion and are not recurring — Creators do not earn ongoing commissions from a referred user's subsequent renewal payments, upgrades, or other transactions.

Commission amounts, payout methods, and minimum payout thresholds are determined by LazySusan and may change at any time with notice. Payouts are processed at LazySusan's discretion and schedule. LazySusan reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or claw back commissions if conversions are later found to be non-qualifying.
Approved CreatorMax participants may receive a one-time token allocation for use on the LazySusan platform. This allocation is non-transferable, non-refundable, has no cash value, and is not replenished. Once depleted, tokens are not renewed unless the Creator subscribes to a paid plan.
Creators must promote LazySusan honestly and in compliance with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements for sponsored content and affiliate relationships. Creators agree not to:
LazySusan may suspend or permanently terminate any Creator's participation in the Creator Programs at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to:
Upon termination, all unpaid commissions below the minimum payout threshold are forfeited. Any remaining token allocations may be revoked. The Creator's referral link will be deactivated, and the vanity URL may be reclaimed by LazySusan.
Creators are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on commissions earned through the Creator Programs. LazySusan may require tax documentation (e.g., W-9) before processing payouts, and may report earnings to tax authorities as required by law.
LazySusan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Creator Programs, including commission rates, payout terms, and eligibility requirements, at any time with or without notice. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. AI model availability depends on third-party providers and may change without notice.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI output before use. Do not rely on AI output for critical decisions without independent verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LazySusan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LazySusan, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other legitimate business reasons. We will provide notice when practicable.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved through good-faith discussion.
Disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access. Small claims court actions are also permitted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LazySusan regarding the Service.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the extent necessary to be enforceable.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
